- Respond to enquiries and provide preliminary advice on the potential of your land (contractual or pre‑contractual steps).
- Operate, secure and improve the Website, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing and system maintenance (legitimate interests).
- Develop our business by understanding how visitors use the Website (analytics – consent).
- Comply with legal obligations, e.g. record‑keeping under company law.
We do not carry out automated decision‑making that produces legal effects about you.
